He was just spotted in Sweden, where he faces heightened danger from boats and people. According to the NPR article I read, “Belugas are highly social whales and he has been living all alone the past four years.” 😢 I hope the sanctuary they’re planning in Norway comes in time for this guy, who deserves better from humans. #hvaldimirthewhale
