Taco Bell Drawing Club 10/19/22

From last night’s session — the first one was inspired by the late, great Kim Jung Gi, whose virtuosic, dense compositions wowed the world. Instead of sexy robot girls and weapons, though, my tableau is one of middle-aged lament 😆 The second one was inspired by all the bugs flying around the patio—so many! 🪰😬

This last one wasn’t from the club; it’s one that I dashed off in the morning in my little sketchbook while feeling a bit frustrated about things 😆 I’m ok now, and doing this drawing helped. I tend to take things too seriously sometimes and I just need to let it go. 🙂
