I’d been getting into zines of late and was connected to Sarah Bennett, one of the founders of @place.lb, a donation-based print studio and lab in DTLB. Sarah and her co-working partner, Ashley, were hosting a new years vision boarding gathering yesterday so I decided to pop by for a visit to say hi and see what PLACE was all about.
There’s a lot to see and do in the small space. There’s a library with zines and books from Sarah’s and Ashley’s collections, as well as zine-making supplies, should you want to turn out a mini publication of your own.
